While the food remains grounded in thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking, one featured dish is created in collaboration with the current artist showcased in the space, a culinary interpretation inspired by their work by the Chef Sarah Witteveen.

Our coffee program rotates in partnership with Montreal roasters, exploring different blends and roasting styles, throughout the year. Our espresso is typically chocolate-forward with balanced acidity, offering depth and comfort in every cup. Our loose-leaf teas are sourced from Camellia Sinensis and infused in-house, each selected for its origin and character.
